We use USPS, UPS and DHL for all international shipments (including Canada).
USPS are the most cost-effective option, but the tracking is limited, and delivery takes up to 20 business days in rare cases.
In January 2018, USPS changed their international shipping options, resulting in very significant prices increases. To offset this, we now take advantage of their GlobalPost offering. This is the most cost-effective option for small packages, but also the slowest, with poor tracking.
GlobalPost works by shipping each package to a local USPS distribution and consolidation center, and from there, it is re-labelled with a tracking barcode (the same one that's sent to you in your shipping confirmation), and then sent on to the final destination. There are no intermediate tracking updates, once it leaves the US, the next update will be on delivery. You can access the GlobalPost tracking here: https://goglobalpost.com/track/
If you upgrade to an expedited option, your order will ship via DHL Worldwide Express, or UPS Expedited (we'll pick the best option based on shipping time, previous shipment experience and cost).
Both options are much faster, taking around 3-5 days to deliver to almost any address. Although the cost is higher, we strongly encourage you upgrade the shipping service if your order is needed by a specific date. As with all of our shipping options, we make no profit, all costs are provided real-time from the carriers.
