All orders over $10 ship with a tracking number, you'll receive a link when your order is ready for shipping.
USPS tracking for domestic shipment is OK, and normally updated promptly. For international shipments, it generally depends on their relationship with the local postal service, and can vary considerably.
Most of our shipments leave the US via the USPS Chicago hub. Often this is the last tracking event prior to delivery, so if it appears your package has stopped in Chicago, it actually means that it's left the US and is on its way. A lack of updates does not mean the item is lost, it means that postal services generally have antiquated systems that don't talk to each other :-) You can experience USPS tracking here. You can often use the same tracking number on your local Postal Service site too.
