We nearly always ship orders within 1 business day. This means if you place your order by 6 pm (US Central Time) on Monday, it will ship Tuesday. USPS and UPS run 6 days per week, Mon-Sat. DHL do not collect on Saturdays.
Once it's in the hands of the carriers, we have the same visibility you do, via the tracking link that will be emailed to you. Although about 70% of our support tickets are related to shipping issues, the vast majority (97%+) of shipments have no issues. When there is an issue, we're here to help, but please understand all of the carriers are a complete pain to deal with when it comes to a missing package, and they're not always the quickest to resolve any issues.
