We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and for US orders we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy (although if there's a problem, we'd still like to know what it is!). Simply contact us and we'll take care of the return for you. Unless defective, the items should be as new, in a salable condition.
For international orders, we are also happy to accept returns, but as there's no automated way for us to generate a return label, the shipping responsibility is yours. We recommend using a tracked method, normally your local postal carrier offers the cheapest options. Again, please contact us first to authorize the return and to obtain an RMA number.
Return requests for unused items should be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item(s), and we'll issue the refund within 48 hours of the return being received.
Finally, some of the products we sell, such as the screen protectors, vinyl wraps and decals become used as soon as you remove the protective backing. We're still happy to help with achieving a great installation, but these items do become non-returnable once the backing is removed. Please be sure to ensure you're happy with the product before removing the backing/protective sheet.
