We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and for US orders we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy (although if there's a problem, we'd still like to know what it is!). Simply contact us and we'll take care of the return for you.
For international orders, we are also happy to accept returns, but as there's no automated way for us to generate a return label, the shipping responsibility is yours. We recommend using a tracked method, normally your local postal carrier offers the cheapest options. Again, please contact us first to authorize the return and to obtain an RMA number.
Return requests for unused items should be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item(s).
We'll issue the refund within 48 hours of the return being received. If the item was not defective, then it should be returned in a salable condition, with all accessories and packaging. If this is not the case, then a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
