    Hi I placed an order for a set of interior black decals for my model 3 but have yet to receive my order.  I paid $38.24.  My paypal order # is 9EE24629YX069440A.  Can someone please let me know the status of my order.  Thanks

    Can you check on the status of my order #AO177348 Please??? I get an error when I click on the link to track my order.  I placed an order on 9/18 and have not received anything in the mail but my Order Status shows that my order has been "fulfilled".

    I don't know if it's the redesign of your website but your instructions on how to "contact" doesn't seem to be up-to-date.  I tried to ask a question in the "Chat" box but it's been 30 mins and no response. This is very frustrating.

    I got a text message with a tracking number for my order yesterday and this morning my order is mysteriously canceled? I need a response asap. Also please provide a reliable way to contact someone in your company, thank you

    Update: still waiting on a resolution. what is the link to the new website if this site is being retired?
