We try to make this really easy. The Support Widget is your best friend, it's at the bottom of every page and looks like this:
Starting here will provide suggestions to the normal questions we see, but if they don't help, just hit the 'Contact Us' to open a ticket. We use Zendesk for our ticket, it's awesome, and helps us stay organized.
We do not currently provide a phone number. There's a few reasons for this:
- Although we could just outsource calls to a contact center, we don't want to, as all they're going to do is field the call, open a ticket, and we'll still end up replying.
- We'd much rather the first response to a ticket is qualified, friendly, and knowledgeable. Remember, we're Tesla owners, and everything we sell is based on what we think would be really useful, so we know our stuff inside and out.
- Many people prefer to deal with support issues via email.
Of course, if a phone call is needed to quickly resolve an issue, or just talk through something that can't be done over email, we're happy to call you.
If you don't hear from us within 1 business day, then something is wrong; please check your spam/junk folder, as we reply to 99%+ of requests within a day; if you think we're ignoring you, we're not, we promise :-)
